Booking & Cancellation Policy

I want every visit to Healing with Dee to feel calm, clear and comfortable from the very beginning. This policy is here so you know what to expect when booking a session.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may not be eligible for a refund.
If you need to make a change to your booking, please get in touch as soon as you can.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session can still go ahead where possible, but it will finish at the original scheduled end time so that the next appointment is not affected.
A Note About Our Dog-Friendly Home
Healing with Dee is based in a dog-friendly home, and our friendly dog will be present during your visit.
She usually stays close by and settles quietly during sessions, and she is very much part of the calm home environment here.
If you have a dog allergy, are uncomfortable around dogs, or would prefer not to be around a dog during your appointment, please consider whether the setting will be suitable for you before completing your booking.
If I Need to Cancel
If Healing with Dee needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund of any payment made.
Courses & Workshops
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on a course or workshop.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the course or workshop start date, 50% of the total course fee will be payable.
Any remaining payment terms will be confirmed when your course or workshop is booked.
